Lego marvels error 0x87de2712

I got the same thing. Contacted Microsoft yesterday they refunded me and revoked my licence for the game so I could buy it again. The problem is that its not available anymore on the store!

 

I got this reply today:

"As i already checked here in our database, the game was probably pulled ny the game publisher as it may have many issues and to avoid further refunding. But we will update you as soon as it is okay."

I hope they make a comment soon. Very frustrated! Spent an hour with Xbox support and haven't got anywhere!!

 

I have contacted support, they provided me a link to contact TTGames to make a complain. They also told me that in worst case scenario they refund the game if it's not being resolved. They will make a announcement when they have more info from TTGames

same here! I was almost convinced about the benefits of buying games online but here you can see the disadvantages of buying online content

 

XBOXSPORIT, that is complete nonsense, if you would have bought the game on disk, you'd still not be able to play the game simply because you can't be validated. That's what is going on right now. Remember that most games on Xbox and PS4 require "Always
online" stuff on order to play.

However I do agree with you on the fact that these kind of license checking features are not to the benefit of the players.

 

I got the same issue, i talk with Microsoft Chat vía and doesnt solve anything, just give me the option to reset cache from console and didnt solve anything, where you call for reimbursment?

right now from what I understand there is really nothing we users can do at the moment. MS needs to clear up with TTgaming wth is going on

 

Ugh... Wife's favorite game. Now we have to talk and do other things together.

 

Having this same problem since yesterday. I can play SMB3 on my NES decades after purchase. This is frustrating.

 

So basically we are just going to have to wait and see what happens? My son is a little upset that he can't play

 

It's fixt for me now. Didn't have to do anything. I guess MS found the problem
