Lego marvels error 0x87de2712

Hi,

just bought this game as a digital download last week, played it a couple of times. But now all I get at startup is this error 0x87de2712 please insert disc. so what do I do from here?

Same here. Tried to play and got a 0x87de2712 error. Tried powercycling, clear persistent cache and everything, didnt work. So i uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall it but my install stops at 19% as well.

Spoke to the support and they told me that Lego Marvel superheroes is on a download issues list. The support guy strongly suggested me to post my problem here so the moderator can notify me when the problem is gone. So here it is, let see if it works that
way lol

 

Having the same issues, i see the game has been removed from the store aswell. What is going on? Maybe i should not buy digital games anymore

 

Having exact same issue. Hope this is a temporary problem as this is my son's favorite game.

 

Same problem. Every other digitally downloaded game works. Xbox runs fine. Just this game doesn't.

Paid sixty bucks for this. My little boy plays it all day. And now it doesn't work and I'm forced to go outside to the PARK! And to take him on BIKE RIDES! I HATE fresh air! I'm getting SUNBURNT just stepping outside! My kids is asking me all sorts of questions
about life, and I can't shut him up anymore with this game. HELP!!!!!

 

I'm getting this to. When I tried to uninstall and re-install it stops during installation. Really frustrating!

Same problem here. Played daily and today it comes up with 0x87de2712 insert disk and the game was bought on-line!. Very annoyed children and right in the middle of school holidays..

 

Yeah it´s pretty frustrating, and why has it been removed from the store? anyone talked to microsoft customerservice?

 

I'm also having this issue. Very frustrating, especially that's the only game we found enjoyable so far on XB1 (my son and me).
