Lego Marvel Superheroes: Latin American Spanish language not present in the Xbox One version?

I have this same game for the Xbox 360 bought in the US and it has the latin american spanish voices and subtitles. My Xbox 360 is configured with language: Spanish, country: Colombia.
I just digitally bought the game on the Microsoft Xbox US online store for my Xbox One with the 2 DLCs that are disponible for it and selecting Spanish when the game launches plays the voices and subtitles from Spain and not from Latin America. I have
tried changing the regional settings of the Xbox One to language: Spanish, country: Mexico and even Language: English, Country: US, but the game is still using the european spanish voices.
Is Latin American Spanish not provided with this game? If so it is a terrible miss because the Xbox 360 does include Latin American Spanish.
I have not seen this problem in any of the other games I have on the Xbox One. Games like FIFA 16, Batman Arkham Knight and many others that support spanish language all have latin american spanish dialogs.
I hope you can help me with this. My 7 years old kid does not understand the european spanish dialect used in the Xbox One game.

I am not sure if this game support Latin American Spanish, but if it does, the description in the game of the store would say it. Did you try setting your region to Latin America and the language to Latin American Spanish?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in playing Lego Marvel Super Heroes in a specific type of Spanish language. As Golden Subz mentioned, this is an issue that needs to be handled by the developer. The developer
established which languages are available in the game. Microsoft does not have the ability to change this. It is possible that there might be a Latin Spanish language that is incorporated into the game, but it would be best to reach out to the developer for

Update: Only Rare Replay Perfect Dark Zero is affected i downloaded the normal games on demand standalone version and is dubbed and translated to spanish so a minor issue.

Gears of Wars 2 language options are definitely bugged in spain: spanish text, english voices, latin american dubbed cinematics and a mix of them all… Still broken and no fix at sight.
