    Hello

    I don't see purchased LEGO® Lord of the Rings™ xbox 360 game on my xbox one console in ready to install section.

    No problems with other xbox 360 games. Just this one. What can I do to install it on my console?

    That game is not backwards compatible so it will not work with the Xbox One.

    But it is under Xbox 360 games on My Games page on the xbox.com site. And the FAQ says that if the game is there it backward compatible with my console.

    Thanks for the link. It is strange that MS let me buy the game not compatible with my console. I guess there is no refund allowed in this situation?

    Only games on the backwards compatibility list will play on the One. That game is not listed.
