Lego Jurassic World won't play after update

Same here...my sons have really been looking forward to this game. Epic Fail Launch Tt!!! How hard can it be to fix!?!?

 

Same here.Ive tried signing out to play ,getting rid of the cache and no matter what I try ,it won't let me play.

Microsoft needs to hurry to put this right.My daughter is very annoyed.

clear your system cache to remove the update, and then simply decline the update when it prompts you to download it again. I'm sorry to see that you all are experiencing this issue, but
I wanted to assure you that we are working with the proper people right now to get this resolved.

the answer is erase the system cache

do this

go to storage

once the menu opened you see hard drive and cloud save

select hard drive (then press Y button) erase the cache and you might can play the game

(offline that is) but you can play

 

deleted the cache 3 times......installed and re installed the game twice....still can't play the game.....hopefully another update will be here soon

 

I am not going to clear my cache and risk clearing out things we need for other games and apps.

How long will a fix take? hours? days? weeks? Please fix this quickly!

 

Hey buddymck, It's good practice to clear your cache every now and then. All that you lose is your game updates, but these can be redownloaded after you start your games again.

The fix for the update issue was released last night. You need to clear the system cache and then download the update. This will fix the issue. You do not need to clear any other area of the HDD.
