Lego Jurassic World won't play after update

I Bought Lego Jurassic World today (i love lego games)

But when i inserted the disc for the first time he was working fine but he also asked for an update

sow after i downloaded the update the game didn't worked anymore cause he said that the game was incompatible after the update

what can i do to solve this problem cause i want to play this game sow bad

Есть демо-версия. Одна из игр в лего-серии, адвенча. Экранная локализация. Оценка - 7/10.

Удивительно, но на ONE теперь игра стоит меньше, чем на 360 ( 2199 руб. )

Hi, the problem is caused by the update, you need to delete the update, then when you start the game, refuse the update, the game should now work, but only offline until they fix the update issue.

but it has to be updated in a way and that it will also play the game

and im not the only one with the problem

 

After experiencing this problem and going back to GameStop they told me to delete the update but I can't find it. Went to settings, system, storage, games and apps. It's not there. Am I missing something?

 

i erased the system cache but it still won't play the game

You can't delete the update because there is no update listed under settings->storage for Jurrasic World.. Even if you wipe the system and clear cache it will let you play the game by bypassing the update but only in offline mod (logged out of xbox live)

 

I can't even play offline. How do I clear the cache?

 

I don't suggest this since you will lose all games stored on hard drive and all saves but the only way I have found to do it is to reformat the hard drive and clear cache 3x.. then you can pop in cd and play offline..

you can reformat under settings->storage highlight hard drive and select Y to access reformat and clear cache.
