Lego Jurassic World Version Mismatch.

cache clearing does NOT affect saves it just removes updates that were corrupted or acting buggy saves will be fine

 

I'm having same problem as well

 

K, so I've done everything suggested, including going offline & the game still doesn't work.

 

The update for Lego Jurrasic World may be stored with the game saves. If it is, then you will have to delete the update from there. then start the game, then refuse the update, you should then be able to play it offline for now.

 

The problem is that there is no game save in System folder. I guess for majority of us the only solution is to wait for another update.

 

Even if there is no game saves, the update will still be stored where a game save would be, usually in the games and apps folder. (if the update is bigger than 5mb)

 

try this

go to storage once you are there and you see the hard drive (and maby cloud save)

stand on Hard drive (press Y button) erase the Cache

and it might shall work to play the game (it worked also with me)

but do not install the update once he asks for it

Thanks to Clark baker his answer is working and now I'm able to play what I think is the best game ever. I have beaten the Jurassic world story and I am on the Jurassic park story. Thanks again

 

The fix for the update issue was released last night. You need to clear the system cache and then download the update. This will fix the issue. You do not need to clear any other area of the HDD.

 

Today (14th) have deleted HDD Cache reloaded game and still get same error message. Even tried to play game with no internet connection, same error message comes up.

Any ideas, please help I have an 8 year old desperate to play this game!!!!

Having read your suggestions I've cleared my system cache. Update removed and the game is runnig. It asked me to update and I refused, so I'm disconnected from xbox live, but I'll keep checking forum to see if the update i fixed.

 

i had this problem, they said it would take less than 24 hours to create patch- two days later still waiting -.-

 

Come on xbox, are u eva gonna get this game fixed? Getting fed up now with waiting to play this game, dont want £30 of my money to hav been wasted, tried going offline and clearing cache that does nothing at all, FIX IT NOW!!!!!

 

I take it there has been no fix supplied yet? I have cleared cache 3 times and it still doesn't work. So infuriating............
