    Lego Jurassic World Update Issues - Prevents Game Working xBox One


    Purchased this game brand new on disc. Will only install offline. When I try online it seems to want to install the game and the update at the same time so it stops. Once installed offline the game will work but as soon as you go back online the system
    identifies the game needs an update. The update on its own will not download either, stalls at about 12-14%. Once attempted update install occurs the game won't open as the install isn't complete. I believe this is common from other threads I've seen but I
    haven't come across a solution as yet. Tried clearing the cache etc, no luck. Tried writing to game developer, Microsoft etc, no response. Surely there is a way to get this thing working?

    Sorry to hear it. Please try turning the console off and uplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds.

    If that does not work then try a factory reset on the console choosing the option to keep your installed games and apps so you don't need to redownload them

    If nothing else helps, as a last resort you could remove your profile from your console then re add it.
