LEGO Harry Potter 2 Achievement Issue

The issue first started with Rayman Jungle Run, where I unlocked the final achievement for that game. I then went on to play LEGO Harry Potter 2 (years 5-7) and unlocked 2 achievements. However, Xbox.com as well as the Xbox 360 itself show 0G and 0/49
achievements. When I click on the game itself, it shows the two achievements unlocked. In addition, both achievements are in my total gamerscore already on 360 but ARE NOT reflected on Xbox.com.

It is however showing up on Xbox.com in two ways - my most recent achievements:

As you can see, it says 0/1000 and no achievements despite both achievements being unlocked. This ties into Rayman Jungle Run which is still reading 175/200 with 17 achievements unlocked, despite having the final achievement (Lums Survival):

I cleared the cache on 360 and even redownloaded my profile. All that did was properly fix my gamerscore on the console. Originally, it was counting the two Harry Potter achievements but not Rayman's. After redownloading, it now has the proper gamerscore
(116,595) where as Xbox.com still says 116,540. I've tried syncing on my phone but I receive an error each time. I'm afraid to unlock anymore achievements in Harry Potter or try another game because I don't want them to glitch up either...so is there any
way you guys can fix this issue? As a final note on the dashboard it is giving me the option to delete Lego Harry Potter 2 from the games list...HOWEVER, I don't know what would happen if I did this because I have achievements unlocked in it. On the outside,
it still thinks the game has 0G. So I'm not touching that option as I don't want to screw anything up further...

The achievements are clearly unlocked, as seen by clicking on the game on Xbox.com, the dashboard and even the Game inside the Games tab for Windows Phone. But...otherwise, they're not showing up properly in the Games list and the gamerscore that's on my 360
is not being reflected over to Xbox.com.

I am looking forward to LEGO DC Villains, LEGO Harry Potter Collection, Red Dead Redemption 2 and Fallout 76.

It seems that Harry Potter fixed itself, however Rayman Jungle Run still has not. I have the gamerscore properly updated on Xbox.com now however it's still showing 175/200 and 17/18 achievements for Rayman.

Unlike Harry Potter, I cannot unlock anymore achievements in Rayman to fix it...so I think that has to be done on your guys side as I've been told elsewhere. The final achievement is unlocked according to clicking on the game itself

 

Hey there, TVthePunisher! I'm very sorry to see that you're achievements aren't showing fully earned on the website! I do understand the frustrations with that, and hope that I can provide a helpful solution.

First, I see that the Rayman achievement was unlocked only a day ago. With this being the case, we will want to wait a full 48 hours to see if it will correct itself.

If this doesn't work, then what we will need to do next is a bit time consuming. You will need to unlock an achievement in another game and wait 7 days after to see if the achievement will sort itself out.

After the 7 days, if it's still showing as 17/18, please post back so that we can look into this further. I am sorry to say that the waiting is a requirement before we are able to proceed onto the next step. However, once the time has passed and we followed
the steps precisely, we'll be able to continue.

We appreciate your patience with this, and hopefully we are able to get you resolved quickly!

 

Hey there Misses Quinzel, thank you for your response.

Is it alright for me to work on other games in the meantime? I'm really on a gaming fix right now and would like to grind back through Assassin's Creed III but I just want to make sure that won't mess with Rayman any.

If not, should I unlock an achievement in another Windows Phone game or just any game, then stop for 7 days? I've got plenty of patience for the situation =) I just want to make sure it shows up properly in the end here with 18/18 and 200/200.

 

Thanks for the reply, TV. You are more than welcome to work on any other games you want. It should not affect this at all. It may even help. The trigger is the first achievement you earn after the 48 hours, and that should start the 7 days. It won't restart
with every achievement you earn after.
