Lego Dimensions Update Crashes After Download

Every time I do the initial update for Lego Dimensions is crashes after downloading. I have enough memory, it downloads the whole update and then the screen goes blank. I can't see the error code because the screen blips so fast that I can't catch it.
I checked the internet connection test, all is good with the connection....not sure what is going wrong. It seems like the update downloads then has trouble launching the download. Any suggestions? Thx.

Need help. Trying to download an update to Lego Dimensions. Keeps saying "Installation stopped. When refreshed, it went back to downloading (error 0x87E00005). Kept stopping and starting.

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. I would personally uninstall the game and reinstall. Its possible something got corrupted during the update. This would then reset the installed components and hopefully resolve your issue

Try uninstalling it clearing the system cache, and then going to the marketplace, searching "Lego Dimensions " and downloading the Midway Arcade there.

Whenever I restart the installation for Lego Dimensions it goes just fine. But,after the ready to start point, it starts to slow down.

you need an Xbox one Lego dimensions pad, even if you download the software

The game is delisted and you will have to acquire a disk
