Lego Dimensions Low Cut Scene/Dialogue audio

Hey guys,

I recently purchased Lego Dimensions. While playing I noticed that the audio in the cut scenes especially the dialogues are at a much lower level then anything else in the game. I have a hard time hearing them which forces me to turn the volume up during
these scenes just to hear the characters speaking and then I have to make sure it's turned back down after so the game doesn't blow out my ears. I've tried testing this on both my soundbar and just my standard television speakers and it happens on both.

Is this an known issue? Any solutions?

My surround sound set up:

Xbox One HDMI to television - television has an optical cable cord running to the Vizio soundbar.

As mentioned, the audio still seems very soft even with just using the television speakers.

cut scenes are lagging horribly on almost all games

only on non-play parts like cut scenes and such, the audio and video both cut out randomly and separately making cut scenes choppy and very time consuming. It is so annoying i basically have to skip all cut scenes on games where that option is available.

 

Dungeon Siege Anyone?

Do you see your character on the dialogue screens on the 360? It's annoying never seeing their face except in the drawn cut-scenes.
