Lego Dimensions. Driving us mad!!

We are stuck in the 'show of strength stage'. Gandalf will build the climbing wall but Wyldfire will not climb up it to get to the highest level. She either won't grab the bars at the top of the wall, or if she does (rarely) her next jump is an uncontrollable
jump over the edge. We have experience of nearly all of the lego games, but this appears to be a glitch/unplayable.

Any Adult Xbox One gamers buying Lego Dimensions

Was thinking about buy Lego Dimensions but it says 7 - 14 on the box.

Is any adults planning to buy Lego Dimensions this weekend?

 

Backwards compatability is a joke

I bought my new Xbox one S console from Smyth Toys and was told it has backward compatability for Xbox 360 games. What a load of rubbish. My son has 12 games: Lego Dimensions, Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7, Lego Star Wars III, Lego Jurassic World, Lego
Bathman 3, Lego Marvel Avengers, Lego Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Tiger Woods Golf, Minecraft Storymode, Minecraft and Lego Dimensions and non of them have backward compatability!!!

This is absolutely ridiculous especially Lego Dimensions which is only 12 months old and cost me £45.

This is not on Microsoft you are trying to rip us all off buy making us buy new xbox one versions!

These are really popular games for kids to you need to sort this out.

 

We are stuck in this same area. I read that other people are having this issue too. Solution from what I was told is use a character that can fly which means they are forcing you to buy more characters. I was hoping to wait on buy characters for another
month but my son and I are beyond frustrated.
