Lego Dimension (360)

I just recently bought the A team pack for Dimensions and when i popped my disk in it prompted a main title update. This downloaded just fine, but when I go to download the new add on content it gets to 99 percent then goes back to zero, then it says cant
download. So Im at a loss for what to do. I tried to delete the main title update and reinstall it but that didnt help. I have plenty of storage space so if anyone knows a fix or what I should do I'd appreciate any help.

Was thinking about buy Lego Dimensions but it says 7 - 14 on the box.

Is any adults planning to buy Lego Dimensions this weekend?

Try removing the DLC and Title Update from the hard drive, then clear the console cache with

these steps and see if it helps.

Hello. It seems that this Lego Dimension Pack is meant for the Xbox 360, and is not backwards compatible to work on the Xbox one. Just to cover all bases:

Are the portals for the Xbox One specifically, or were these portals bought for the Xbox 360 version of Skylanders or Lego Dimensions?

The Xbox 360 versions of the portals don't work on the Xbox One.
