Lego DC Super Villains Season Pass

I have purchased the season pass for this game. It says I own it but there is no install button, only a buy as a gift button.

It hasn't downloaded anything and there is nothing listed under the manage add ons section except for the game itself.

I have contacted Microsoft Support but they were not much help and just suggested that the extra content was already in the game which I find hard to believe as this is an additional DLC pack and therefore surely it must need to download something and it
would show under add-ons?

Does anyone else have the same issue and does anyone know how I can get this contacted I have paid for?

November and December are not looking much easier either...

I have already tried reinstalling the game completely from scratch by uninstalling it from my games list and then reinstalling from the physical disc. An update is also downloaded and installed while installing the game but no extra content ever appears
under manage content either during or after the install.

Going to my order history, the season pass appears correctly and says completed next to it. If I click on it, it just says you own this game and the button on the right again, just gives the option of buy as a gift.

 

There isn't any DLC out for the game yet, so you may own it, it's just that there is no content to download yet.

 

Ah Ok, I thought a couple of the DLC packs were released at the same time as the game. Will wait and see what happens then.

Good evening Ezra for this issue with the Lego season pass, is your advice to reinstall the game or do you reinstall the season pass what I had purchased through the Microsoft store?

 

No, still the same problem. It is really annoying to pay for the DLC pack and not receive anything, not even the season pass item (which you do for other games even when there is no content downloaded).

What is strange also is that although I have the physical disk and can play the game fine, in the store it gives me the option to play for now or buy to keep? Seemingly suggesting it doesn't see me as having actually bought the game.

Wish Microsoft would sort this out. Looking at the reviews, it seems everyone is having the same issues. They should either fix it or provide refunds!!!

 

Just FYI, I reinstalled both and it didn't make a difference.

the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

That didn't make any difference. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the game again?

 

Nope still nothing , i found this (see below) but it didnt help me any. Refunds i think should bw offered . This has been a joke.

If you own the LEGO DC Super-Villains Season Pass, purchased a Character Pack, or redeemed a Character Pack code that you received, then you will have access to the characters from owned & released packs upon reaching the Hall of Doomhub.
These characters will be accessible from the Character Grid. To view the Character Grid, press and hold the Change Character button.

To use these characters in previously-completed levels, press the Map button to bring up the Map, then use the Change Tab buttons to navigate to the Level Select menu.
