Lego Batman Rainbow DLC - Redeemed Code but can't download for free

Hi,

I went to redeem code in my account and put in the code which is accepted but when i go to download the pack it is for (Rainbow pack for lego batman 3) it says it costs money. I noticed under this there is a place to redeem code but as I already did it
in my account it says the code has already been used. How do I go about getting the pack now as I am not sure what has happened.

Lego Batman 3 DLC Issues

Hello,

I have a real dilemma with Lego Batman 3's download content/season pass.

I bought the Season Pass which contains the DLC HEROINES & VILLANINESSES PACK and Rainbow Batman game but even though both have downloaded to my XBOX 360 but I cannot find either of them.

I have found the other games which are part of the DLC pack...Can anyone explain how I can access these games please ?

Lego Batman 3 Season Pass

Hi. I purchased the season pass for Lego Batman 3 (on the XB1), and for some reason the Batman Beyond DLC won't download for free as it's supposed to. I didn't have any issues with any of the other content, but whenever I try to download the Batman Beyond
content it tries to charge me $1.99. I've tried accessing it from the in-game menu, as well as directly through the store with the same results.

It explains how to access your purchase history so that you can redownload your content (like items you get from redeeming codes).
