    I was told by chat to contact you regarding a code for Lego Batman 4k. I was supposed to be issues the code due to my Xbox One X Scorpio purchase, but the code has not made it to my messages section yet. Chat support said you should be able to provide

    Xbox One S/Scorpio 4K UHD movie rentals?

    Not sure if you are still curious about this but the first 4K rental I saw on the Microsoft Movies app was Lego Batman for rental or purchase.

    I bought the Xbox Scorpio edition and saw that Microsoft was sending out codes for Lego Batman 4K for early adopters. I have not received anything. Does this go to all preorders?

    That promotion was a targeted promotion that applied to a specific subset of users. In the case of this particular promotion, if you didn't receive a code for that, then you were not eligible, I'm afraid.

    Definitely keep an eye out for future promotions/deals you may be able to take advantage of!
