Lego Batman 3 Season Pass

Hi. I purchased the season pass for Lego Batman 3 (on the XB1), and for some reason the Batman Beyond DLC won't download for free as it's supposed to. I didn't have any issues with any of the other content, but whenever I try to download the Batman Beyond
content it tries to charge me $1.99. I've tried accessing it from the in-game menu, as well as directly through the store with the same results.

Hi, the season pass for Lego Batman 3 is compatible for both the regular and the deluxe version of the game. Both versions of the game get the same dlc at the same price. So you can purchase the season pass for lego batman 3 if you wish. It will work
with your game.

It's on sale, at Xbox Store, a Season Pass for the game Lego Batman 3: BeyondGotham, only
for the Deluxe version.

What happens is these DLCs that included on Season Pass are also sold separately for the normal version
of the game, with a total value greater than Season Pass' value.

My question and my begging are: why Microsoft doesn't sell the Season Pass for the
regular version of Lego Batman 3? After all, other games have Season Passes in
their different distributions. I would like
Microsoft revise this policy and allow the owners of the regular version to purchase
the Season Pass, too.

 

Since I can't edit my initial comment:

I should add that this MAY be due to it not yet being available... I have no idea whether that's true or not, though, since there's absolutely no indication of when/if the content is "live" or not.I can only assume that since it's listed with no caveats
that it should currently be available to play.
