LEGO Batman 3 DLC downloaded - now receiving 'Disc unreadable' error message when try to play ...

Hey Wilhelm Robert. I actually had the same thing happen to me with Lego Batman 2. The game froze during play and when I rebooted, the disc was unreadable. I tried everything and could not get it to read anymore. Finally I had no choice but to contact support.
After going through clearing the cache and a system reboot, we finally figured out that the DLC that I downloaded for the game was corrupted thanks to the game freeze. Even though none of the DLC had the error symbol next to it, they became corrupted. So,
if you downloaded anything for the game, delete it and this will fix the disc unreadable error. If this does work for you, contact microsoft and let them know what happened and they should re-imburse the points that you spent on the dls and then contact EA
and let them know so they can fix this issue with a patch. At least thats what Warner bros. did for me. Hopes this helps.

Hello, I have the same problem. I have PAL console and downloaded as I understand the NTSC version of Dishonored DLC The Brigmore Witches. And when I try to play it I get the "The Disc is unreadable - clean it with a soft cloth" error. Is there any chance
for me to play this DLC?

I had a similar issues with Lego Batman 2. I found out that if I launch the game while signed into Live I would get a unreadable disc error. But when I launched the game without being signed in it would work just fine read the disc. Once the game started
I simply just signed in threw the game menu.

You can try and troubleshoot it by downloading your profile and the game to a usb and seeing if you still get the error, if you do there's likely something going on with the HDD:

Never got fable 3 going and now Im trying to play prototype that i downloaded from the marketplace but it freezes up during a cinematic scene and tells me disc unreadable when there is no disc in my xbox...
