Lego Avengers Season Pass not loading

I've just purchased the Lego Avengers 'Season Pass' DLC pack, received the billing confirmation email, but the content isn't appearing in the game.

Not sure what to do next?

Usually the new characters etc just appear in the game. I got an xbox live confirmation on screen which said the content had been successfully downloaded.

But nothing.

Am I able to get a refund, or better still, the purchased content?

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers Season Pass DLC, first two packs will be accessible on March 29. You should be able to install the Season Pass now on your console but for the contents, it will be available within the game on March 29. The first two pieces are the
Classic Captain Marvel Character & Level Pack, and The Masters of Evil Character & Level Pack. No date for other DLC/packs yet.

Lego marvels Avengers - Anyone know how to link this game to the DLC Season pass? I have the game and I downloaded the Season pass and None of the extra characters are appearing or the extra missions?

Extra characters should be able to be earned in normal gameplay or, if you go back into a level to explore they should be in the menu as selectable characters.

I too am having trouble getting the full download of the Explorer pack. The Xbox store shows that I have purchased it and has been downloaded. All that appears in the game are Scuba Iron Man, Space Iron Man, & Iron Skull. Yes, very frustrating! Any ideas?

Same Here. The Explorer Pack installed but the Thunderbolt and Adventurer Packs do not install. Spoke with support and after an hour of troubleshooting they gave me WBs (the publisher) contact information so I can ask them, if and when the packs will be
available for the 360. Very! Frustrating!
