Legal Waranty 2 years in Europe, black screen Xbox One X

Hello,

My X box One X have a problem in the video out, I have black screen when the console is hot (after 2 or 3 hours on).

Whyle few second I have black screen when I'm playing, the video come back and disappears again, many times.

I could'nt play in this condition.

My warranty console ended in 02/2020 (source microsoft account).

Doe's any body have this problem? I'm sure that the problem is the console, I'm tried with another cable, without AV receiver etc...

Second question, Could I apply the legal 2 years warranty?

3 Month Waranty? That is way to short time for waranty? I know there is a law in Europe for High Tech Example Controllers, Console and phones.... a minimum 2 years Waranty most are 3 years. By the way yes its true that the rubber get off way to fast and
the R3 and L3 are also fast defect and i give you aanother 1 month till you will admit this issue. It's better to buy a Scuff so than you know what is Quality but Scuff is only American so its American Waranty. Microsoft products are also in normal Stores
so they have standard rules of the country where you bought your stuff... So sorry for you to buy that thing.

I have 2 Xbox ones and a one X and all 3 are black screened after being reset multiple times. Please help. Please fix
