does anyone know of any legal route I can take to find out what's going on with my xbox account

think its about time proof was given to things that have supposed to have happen y me and my friends keep getting bans over 20

people have been affected and we have had enough wevrhgk

You can try phone support to see if they can assist at all, but nothing can be moved between accounts. You can go

Find an alternate route to the docks

Hey everyone, in Far Cry 3, i'm trying to sneak into a privateer area and obtain the uniform. You know doing the Doppelganger mission. Well their is this part that says i should find an alternate route to the docks. Does anyone know where i'm suppose to go at this point?

If you & your friends keep getting suspensions then you are obviously breaking the CoC/ToU so it may be worth reading it again

As for the enforcement team showing you proof,they are under no obligation to do so which is something you agreed to when you started your account.

 

Seems to me people can do as they please rate people profiles down for doing nothing more than reacting to others who cause trouble I stick to the rules but still get bans its a disgrace I have been victimised and lies spread about me and I am the 1
who gets bans

 

So people can say what they want and I am automatically guilty? No proof required? I cant have a chance to defend myself?

 

What kind of bans are you receiving? As the poster above indicated you can go to
enforcement.xbox.com/Home and file an appeal if it is Xbox Live related.

 

Ok then little experiment with random profiles lets see how it goes down when its your profile getting fed the lies will u be banned or anyone from xbox? No the reasons are simple unless your prepared to get bullyed and not say a word everything I fine the
min you speak out against the rules or those how try and bully me I get banned this system is a joke nothing gets done and its the proper people who play fair get punished. The reason that enforcement won't provide proof is because there is none. I proved
it when I pit down on my feed what's going on and shock I got a ban. I plan on taking this further and i will not be bullied by xbox enforcement is keep quiet I got my proof into what's going on shame u lot cant say the same

 

Bullying is not tolerated on xbox live but if you respond in a way against the CoC then you will be suspended if you are reported,investigated & found to be guilty.

The best thing you can do is block & report anyone bullying on xbox live.Do not respond with any messages or voice communications.

If you are getting suspended a lot then you are obviously doing something wrong,you don't get suspended for no reason.

 

This has gone on for months mate what I am I suppose to do just allow myself to be treated in such a way? I get suspended cause I will not back down to people that's why I want info on going down a legal route to prove my innocence against these bans. I
am not trying to bully anyone but by the responceof your message then you know that it can happen just a few people voting down profiles putting in false reports. I have no intention of voting down peoples profiles I just wanted to see what got said. I only
pkay forza 6 and ever since playing that games I have had all these bans. So what advice block people I do. Leave rooms when they cone onto it I do but still I get bans. Seems there is nothing i can do sort from allow people to bully me from xbox

As Daft Badger has previously pointed out, there are routes to take that will eliminate the opportunity to get yourself in trouble all together. Just go ahead and use the Blocking tool and Reporting tools on the Xbox console. I have also provided you with
both the Terms of Service and Code of Conduct so you may review them. Blocking or reporting someone is not seen as "backing down" to another individual. Just because you can't have a verbal argument with someone does not mean that you are tolerating it. Also
as previously mentioned, it does not matter if a message or action is done AS A RESPONSE to another, you are still an active party that agreed to the CoC and ToS before joining Xbox LIVE.

Would just also like to add that in 7 years I never had any bans or suspensions only since started to play forza 6 have I had bother. The things that go on in that game are a disgrace
