Legacy Rock Band DLC

There's certain Rock Band DLC for 360 (too poor to upgrade) that, while it appears in the in-game store, on the Rock Band Store app, and on xbox.com I am unable to purchase. Now, these aren't the "Currently Unavailable" songs that have been removed from
the store. These are songs that are still listed with a price and will let you go through the purchasing process but fails at the last step, even when trying to purchase online. The songs I'm having problems with are also available on XBox One at a different
price point, and those I can purchase (although I don't have an XBox One or RB4). One example was Disposable Teens by Marilyn Manson (there were other songs but I didn't write them all down). Will these be made available? If I purchase the XBox One version
of the song will I eventually get access to it on my 360?

Can you please elaborate a bit more on the problem you're having? What happens when you try to acquire them on the Xbox One console in Rock Band 4? Have you also seen and worked through Harmonix's FAQ

Charged for 52 songs rock band 4 i already own

I downloaded 52 i already own in Rock band 4, they are legacy songs, i own export packs for rock band 1, rock band 2, rock band 3, lego rock band and green day rock band, plus extra songs and songs packs. the songs appeared as downloaded and free in the
store, but i was charged anyway.

Microsoft support in Chile don't understand how Rock licenses works and refuse to return my money, its more than 100 USD in local money for songs i already own.

im looking for someone in Xbox USA Support that understand how Rock Band Licenses work and can help me, i have been a loyal xbox consumer since 2008 and i have never had problem before.

Hey there, Mekanika! Sorry to see any issues purchasing any games. The one you specifically mentioned,

Disposable Teens, is available on the Marketplace still. Try purchasing it at that link and let me know if that works for you.

What region are you in and what are the other titles you are seeing doing this? I can check into them, but since there are so much DLC content for the Rock Band series, I wouldn't be able to go through everything to see what is available and what isn't.
Finding out what YOU want and is also broken for you will be the easiest way to look into this.

 

Bizarre. That link worked when I accessed it from my phone, but when I was trying to buy it from the marketplace last night on my computer it didn't work. I think I ran into similar trouble with Rob Zombie music packs.

 

I just ran into the same problem when I try to purchase the Rob Zombie Pack 01. Instead of the order complete screen I just get, "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time." I'm in the US region.

 

Weird. Also on your PC? If you go to the
Rob Zombie Pack 01 on your phone, are you able to find it there?

Are you able to find these on your console, too? If you haven't checked there yet, give that a shot. Since I'm finding these all on my PC, I'm wondering if there's an issue that yours is running into when trying to make purchases and you may need to go through
your phone or console for these.

I'm not suggesting you buy something you don't need, but can you try making a purchase for something on the 360 Marketplace from your PC that doesn't involve Rock Band? I want to see if it's just these or if it's all purchases in general. Additionally, if
I could get a screenshot of the full page of the error when you try it again for any purchase, that can help me out a lot, too. There's generally some error codes at the bottom of the screen that can give me an idea of what's going on.

Hopefully we can nail this one down! I'm really hoping that this is an account issue that we can easily fix rather than a PC issue.
