    Elite controller bumper broken

    hi i live in europe their is a law witch says that every product are under warranty for 2 years.

    Yesterday my elite controller had a problem with rb button the bumper is broken ,i had this controller in the xbox one elite pack 1to.

    On 15 december 2015 the console is warranty since 2018 but can i get a replacement or a repair on that controller ? She has less than a year. Thank you for your help

    XBOX ELITE Controller Broken Bumper

    Hi, I have a Elite controller bough in Nov 2015 on where the Right Bumper button is no longer "springy" as it used to. How can i get it replaced? In Stockholm, Sweden.

    If your xbox one console is still under warranty, contact the support for a free replacement.

    I would like to report this problem. Here are six times that my pad breaks in the same way.

    There is a very large quality defect.

    I have my elite for a lot of time and with me the rubber grips went off with 1 year of use, last month was a broken bumper. I had to replace the bumpers of my old controller.

    I bought 2 Elite and both left bumpers broke about 6 months into owning them...Really hope they make a better controller. $300 and now i have 2 broken controllers. What a joke!
