Left thumbstick broken playing FIFA - 28TH TIME

Had XBO since Day One. Many controllers replaced by MS during first 2 years but since warranty expired I've been having to replace and pay for additional damage cover at Game store in UK. Has only ever been left thumbsticks, only while playing FIFA's 14-18
and not just by me but friends at my place as well.

I've loved Xbox since the original console and would love to get an XOX but having spent over £350 on replacement controllers and damage cover I can't even afford, the logical decision is to give up Xbox as I'm not entertaining the idea of having a console
and not playing FIFA, as good as game pass and other titles and functions are.

Everything watched, played and listened to in my flat is and has been through my XBO since Sep 2013 and yet it's still soldiering on, even if the fan sounds like a chopper powering for takeoff. Never been let down by Microsoft except for this and after the
sticks have partially gone again tonight on both controllers I have, I'll use the damage cover I have already paid for to replace these 2 for a final time but no more after that.

I wanted to make you aware just how gutted I am that this is what I'm going to
have to do, all because of some little piece of **** plastic.

Jump In? No, I'm afraid this time I'm going to have to sadly back out.

You can review the Xbox One Wireless Controller Functions Improperly support page to see if this helps, but is that doesn't work
your only option will be replacing your controller, which you can do through a local retailer or through the Online Service center.

So I bough my xbox console last year. Lately my controller thumb stick tends to move upward on its own when i press the thumbstick down it locks inplace and i can't move the thumb stick. my left bumper also decides to not work and doesn't register half
the time i press it. Alot of my games are Almost unplayable now because of these issues. I've tried everything to fix these issues but nothing works I Don't have the cash to spend 60 bucks on another controller. I was very upset when i realized that my 1
year warranty only seemed to cover my xbox one and not the controller that came with the xbox. Is there anything else i can do? my xbox one is still in warranty but of course my 90 day controller warranty is gone Don't understand that at all.
