left stick on game conroller is out of order

im having issues with the left analog stick sensitivity. the left analog stick isn't sensitive enough so in order to run i have to move it all the way and the controller shell is cutting into the plastic of it.

They have it right with the symmetrical thumb stick placement. It is "unnatural" to have your left thumb pulled in against your hand in order to reach the left thumb stick.
The issue I will have with this controller is the wire, 3 meters is not long enough for the room size and will present a tripping hazard.
When they bring out a wireless controller, I'm in.

What WoodyApollo0548 posted does work, you have to use the analog stick in order to put in the code up,up,down,down,left,right,left,right,up,up,up,up. Then the Menu pops up and sign out is at the bottom. Worked for me!
