Left stick on controller acting strange

We have 3 X1 controllers drift forward between me and my son, all left stick drift forward. Pretty sure it's from playing games where sprint is assigned to the left stick. The army camo controller only lasted about a month. Strange thing is, my day one 2013
controller is still fine.

Anyway, I use to get through 360 controllers at a similar rate, only difference was the left sticks drifted left on those.

If the sticks are acting strange, you don't need to replace the sticks removable parts, you need to request a controller replacement as the part that will be the problem are in the controller, the accessories on the controller have a cost if you need to get more

Tried and it made no difference, issue is with controller I believe as when I use left analog stick forward with my trigger stops engaged it will act as if I’m pulling the left trigger

anyway, also my controller is having issues, like a very very small decentration of the left stick, and the right trigger has a strange resistence, the hardest i press it the hardest it resists, quite strange to me

You can ask for a replacement Day One Controller. My controller left stick was acting up to and I went on the chat and told them my issue with the controller to get me another one shipped out since it's covered with the warranty.
