    Left Stick Automatic Upwards Input


    Hey guys,

    I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing a faulty input reaction with the left stick.

    So this occurs all the time including in game and in the home screen.

    when I leave my controller still for 10 seconds it begins to scroll up.

    another example is when im in a tank in battlefield and im stalled, I would begin to drive forward in a few seconds without me having to press the left stick up.

    my controller has had no issues until I got the last controller update I believe.

    I believe if my controller was broken it would scroll endlessly without having to wait 10 seconds to see an input reaction on the screen.

    my guess is It must be a software bug.

    Anyone experiencing this?

    Xbox One Controller, left stick faulting!!!

    I have two controllers BOTH with drift issues. The one left thumb-stick drifts upwards and the other one has a right thumb-stick drift issue that drifts upward.

    Like what the heck am I suppose to do. #SMH

    Nearly same thing with me, left stick is stuck moving right, it happened once before and fixed it just by plugging it in with the charge cable, but since then I've also applied the controller update and now plugging it in doesnt fix it.

    Personally, it might be just because the controller has been used too much and the strain on it got overwhelming. This has happened to me ever since the GameCube made an appearance. My Day One Edition Xbox One controller has the same issue. I play A LOT
    of Call of Duty, so I'm constantly pushing up on the left stick. The controller takes awhile to register its movement, so that is probably why it takes about ten seconds to move. It's literally the same problem for me. All in all, it's most likely worn out.
    You may want to check and see if you have a warranty on the controller to get it replaced or get risky and take it apart to find the problem. Also, I've seen people say they'd jolt their control up and down and that would fix their problem. I honestly did
    not find that useful seeing as it didn't work. Alright! That's basically it! Hope this helped!
