    Left side bar will not open when I press the button.


    when I press the white Xbox symbol the left sidebar will make the swooshing noise and the screen will go dark but the sidebar is not there.

    A common solution that people say is working is to turn off high contrast Mose but that does not workings it is already off.

    Someone please respond and tell me how I can fix this problem.

    I also cannot uninstall or install games or apps. Also, when I hold the home button on the controller. It does not go to the options of shutting down the console or controller. But instead opens the side bar to the left.

    Xbox one home button is the 'a' button how to fix

    Whenever I press the 'a' button it goes home as well as pressing 'a'

    when I press 'a' it opens up the guide on the side and then I press and a again to close

    How can i make it so the home button opens up the home/guide and not 'a'

    That means your headset is muted. Try un-muting by pressing the home button on your Xbox controller, and selecting it in the hot bar that comes up on the left hand side.
