Left for dead 2 not showing up in owned games

I just purchased left for dead 2, which I read was backwards compatible for the series x/s, but it doesn't show up in my owned games. Is there 2 versions and I purchased the wrong one? If so is there a way for me to buy the other one digitally?

I appreciate it. Can you please try installing the game using an Xbox App?

Kindly launch your Xbox app and then search the game from there, you should have an option to "Download to console".

Thank you for the response, unfortunately it still won't show up on my owned games list on my series S. I booted up my old 360 and I was able to download the game on there, but I still havent found a way to download it on my newer console. Is there any other possible solutions?

Hi captincow12, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

No worries, it's the correct version. First, make sure that you're seeing the game on your order history and is stated as "completed". Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/prders. Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account on your Xbox.

REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

3. Enter the Email address and the password.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.

After that go to "My games and apps" > Full Library > Owned games.
