Left for Dead 2 disc wont install

Discus and support Left for Dead 2 disc wont install in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I put in the left for dead 2 disc to install and it says it is not on the list?     Left for Dead 2 disc wont install


    I put in the left for dead 2 disc to install and it says it is not on the list? How ever it shows up in the Xbox Live store on my Xbox One. I also read the full list of games so I know it is on it. Please help if possible?

    Did you install the update of Left 4 Dead 2 when inserting the disc while connected to Xbox Live?

    backwards compatibility not working on XB1

    unable to play xbox 360 games on my xbox one. xbox one which is updated to the lastest firmware. the first game i tried was Left for dead 2 i got this disc is not playable here 0X8082000c the first time, so i shut it off and tried it again and i got the
    install square and press A and you hear the chime but it will not install, or show in the ready to install. I've tried three copies of left for dead 2 non platinum, Halo Reach and call of duty world at war, i have erased the xbox 360 storage and also tried
    it offline. xbox one games do install but 360 games wont. Any suggestion please!

    What version is the disc, NTSC, PAL or NTSC-J?

    Which ever version of the game you have, need to make sure that your console matches in order to install the game.

    I figured out the issue it seems my Xbox missed a update so when I can I'll update and see if it works then. The other night it just kept saying disc not compatible and to check the game list, but my internet be flipping out sometimes so ehh..
