Left Bumper has "collapsed"

    Left Bumper has "collapsed"


    The left bumper on my Master Chief controller has "collapsed" and isn't clicking right. I can still get the input in, but only by pressing the very top of the button, which puts my hand in an uncomfortable position. Is there any way to fix this without voiding
    the warranty? This is the first time I have come across this issue, my Advance Warfare controller which has seen twice the play time is still functioning great.

    Can you try the following:

    On your console remove all USB devices. Then go all the way to the right to the settings hub.

    There go to the system tile in the upper left, and go to storage.

    There press this combination:

    Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X

    Then try to update again with the USB Stick (although it strikes me as odd that the Xbox asks for an update when it is already on 16203)

    before you upload, try collapsing the window with the "collapse" button at the top left of the app, then upload

    Remove all memory devices, restart xbox 360

    go to system blade > Console Settings > System Info

    press

    left trigger, right trigger, x, y, left bumper, right bumper, up, left bumper, left bumper, x.

    This should bring up a menu "Reset System Settings"
