Left Bumper comes off

Discus and support Left Bumper comes off in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Since day one, the left bumper on my Elite controller comes off the controller.     Left Bumper comes off


    Since day one, the left bumper on my Elite controller comes off the controller. I bought this controller when there was a shortage on the controllers and did not even try to return it as there were no replacements. (called and asked) Are there any plans
    on fixing this issue as I have done research on the internet and there are hundreds of people with the same exact issue, even youtube videos showing the problem, see below...

    Left Bumper Turns controller off

    Every time I press the left bumper on my Xbox One controller it shuts it off! Any ideas how to solve this problem?

    Left bumper popped off controller

    Is it an Elite controller? If it's not, honestly, I would just buy a new controller. You may be able to look it up on YouTube for a fix, but personally I wouldn't do that.

    Possible to update to newest version of Xbox 360 system software from a much older version?

    It sounds like your console is already up to date, but you can force a manual update by inserting the USB device with the update, open the memory options, highlight the HDD, press "Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X, Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X", accept and let
    the console restart. It should update when it comes back on.

    Is it an Elite controller? If it's not, honestly, I would just buy a new controller. You may be able to look it up on YouTube for a fix, but personally I wouldn't do that.

    Had mine for a year, right rubber grip has fallen off,. top left bumper left side broke off, right top bumper sticks, left rubber pad beginning to detach. I paid $150 for this piece of junk a year ago from amazon. I will never buy
    another controller form Microsoft again.

    No I have never abused the controller.
