Left bumper broke off and right bumper not pressing down correctly

I have a Master Chief controller that I got last year not too long before Halo 5 launched. Left bumper just broke off while I was in the middle of a match and the right bumper has been not responding to presses consistently for about week. Tried finding
a way to do a warranty claim on the Xbox website, but nothing related to controllers anywhere. Anyone have an idea of where to find that?

Yeah, so does my left bumper.

The right bumper feels more... clickier?
When I press the left bumper, it feels harder to press.

So What you are saying is you want to remove your parent control? if you are go to system-console system-system info-and type in Left Trigger | Right Trigger | X Button | Y Button | Left Bumper | Right Bumper | Up On Dpad | Y Button | Y Button | X Button

The warranty on the controllers is only 90 days. Since you have had the controller for over 90 days your best solution would probably just be to replace it. Good Luck and happy gaming!!

 

Thanks for the reply. Oh well, I suppose I can just replace it and just put it in a display case. It definitely got plenty of use, so I'm not too surprised. Thanks for the answer though!
