    I am truly sorry to hear about the controller issues, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Remove the batteries from the back of the controller and replace with fresh batteries if possible.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and check to see if the issue is continuing to occur.

    I have the exact same issue, only mine came with the console. Seems to drift up by itself all the time, makes FPS games impossible to play.

    Hi I don't know when I got my Xbox one but my left controller stick is drifting to the point I can't play destiny and I don't have 60- 100$ to get a new one is there anything that can be done please?
