Left Analog Stuck Always Reading A Slight Move "UP"

be it on the menus where it just scrolls up or in game where it moves me forward slightly, it's driving me insane. it's a day one controller and i'm far out of the 90 day warranty so i think i've got a 60 paperweight on my hands at the moment unless there's
any way to fix this. haven't tried any way my self as i'm assuming it's an internal issue. any one else got this?

Left analog stick "issue"...

Lately I've been having an issue with controller's left analog stick. While playing Madden, for example, if I run the ball to the right and try to turn upfield my player will stop completely at times instead of transitioning into running straight upfield.

I can tell it's a controller issue because it also makes a clicking noise at two separate points (seem to be directly opposite of one another) if I move the analog stick in a circular motion. Also while scrolling through in game menus if I do the same slow,
circular motion there seems to be a "dead spot" where the analog stick seems completely unresponsive. This spot seems to be in the same area where the clicking noise happens.

Any idea(s) for a potential fix?

They have heard of this. Every single control pad I have bought since getting the xbox one have all had this fault and tbh I really believe the fault is in EVERY pad, It depends on the game you play, Fifa stay away from it if you like your pad. The problem
is something snaps off the left stick if you shake the pad you will hear it rattle inside, its a tiny bit of plastic. If I play fifa when you run 1 way with the ball and you suddenly turn back that's what makes it snap, its as though they cant handle too much
pressure. Every pad including the advanced warfare controller have all done this to me, I got the advanced warfare pad simply because I thought it would be a better build but the problem is still there, I have never had these pads break on any game other than
fifa. Its literally the left stick every time im considering taking it to trading standards because they do know about this problem and they continue to sell them with that problem and I am not buying any more pads I cant even exchange the advanced warfare
pad because it was ltd edition and game no longer sell them so im stuck with another pad that doesn't work as it should

 

Controllers aint the best this time round some people go through 4/5 of these the LS is so flimsy get it sent of and repaired

 

I tried to create a repair order, doesn't seem to let me for it. Am I missing something?

 

I am having the same problem and and trying to have microsoft do the advanced exchange with me. Seems online chat support has difficulty helping with this problem. Not going to go over a week with no controller

 

I too have have 2 controllers which have gone within 7 months, first one the left analog stick popped and now drifts all over the place so bought a second and whilst it hasn't popped it drifts upwards constantly which is extremely annoying in destiny when
trying to compare weapons and even more so in worms with jetpack equipped! I really am unsure on what to do now because there expensive and certainly don't last! I've read a lot of threads regarding this issue and we as consumers are forced to pay to get it
sent off then wait 4-6 weeks without said controller?! There seriously needs to be a revision of this controler! Othe than problem stated there awesome. Please sort something out because i won't be buying 3/4 controllers every year.
