    Left analog stick problems


    Hello! I've recently bought an Xbox One and I'm currently playing the game "Cuphead".

    I realized that often, when walking left and letting the stick go, it suddenly makes my character face to the right side, which is really annoying.

    Is this a known issue? What can I do?

    Left analog stick

    Hi John-

    It seems you have that maybe the controller you have purchased is faulty. maybe the wiring in it is bad. If that isn't the case make sure you have not been switching to different button layouts in Call Of Duty that's all I can think of.

    Good morning. Try in another game. If the problem persist probably broke the left stick.

    Hey ToothyNest16329! Because this was recently purchased I would suggest taking the controller back to the retailer and having it swapped out. If you have further issues, please post back and let me know! :)

    Hi,

    I have checked everything including the button layout and it's all correct (default). I tried switching controllers and my old controller worked fine.

    What shall I do? Do I need to return the whole console to the store I purchased the Xbox 360 from or do I just send the controller to you?

    I live in the UK.
