    No mate they are not released yet (that was what I wanted) so went for the "normal" I compared it to my old 360 controller last night and it was the same "feel" wish no flexing or creaking seems they have quietly upgraded the build quality of the plastic
    housing.

    I would have waited for a new model with the jack but dropped my Day One model one time to many!

    My day one dirfts, and I have an IOU for a new controller (birthday present), but I am waiting for the new controllers, would love an elite but don't think the IOU will stretch to that as I need a hard drive and other stuff.

    However if yours is better quality than day 1, I am looking forward to it even more.

    Both of my controllers do this, neither are day one. ;\

    I am having the exact same issue with both my COD Advanced Warfare controller and the second controller I purchased at the same time...both got horribly bad with drift after the update

    For no reason, since I take very good care of my XBox equipment.

    Noticed a little drift when I'd check the map on "Diablo III" and my character was starting to go for unsolicited walks.

    Worse yet, the D-Pad was acting up and it was flickering crazily between options.

    I did the power cycle. I updated the controllers but didn't fix it and the issue persists. Had to buy a 3rd controller. Dissappointed as this is the first time I've ever had to replace a controller for a video game system and I've been gaming since PONG.

    Left analog stick now drifts.

    I have owned my XBox One for 8 months, barely played it and the left analog drifts. The controllers only have a 90 day warranty, it would be nice if the company who made it believed in their own product but its obvious they do not. I will never purchase
    a Microsoft product again. Going back to Playstation.

    Im having the same problem, left stick keeps drifting. when i go to replace the controller it tells me that the serial number is not correct. Dont think the device register accounts for controllers. Any help would be much appreciated

    just bought a replacement controller for my Day One controller and the build quality of the new one is much higher. It feels way more solid.
