    Left analog drifting forward xbox one


    My left analog starts slowly drifting forward about month ago , since that it only get worse it makes impossible to choose film on Netflix or youtube. I look after my console and accessories and I haven't drop it or anything like that. Controller been part
    of xbox one bundle what I bought on January 2014. I wonder if Microsoft will replace broken controller ? Where I can find more info about where to look for help or which number i should call to have my answer .

    New controller drift

    I got a brand new Xbox one controller, it stays steady on one spot for about a minute, then the left analog starts drifting upwards slowly for itself, please help.

    Controller Drifting

    I have 2 Elites drifting to the right from the left analog stick.

    It happens before I did an update of controller becouse I thought it might help but it didn't . Am I still eligible for guarante?

    I Have the same exact problem. Day one edition controller. Guess that's where that 500 million dollars went to reinvent the Xbox one controller. Frigging crap Microsoft!

    I'm having same problem with Day one edition controller iv had to pay £50 for a new one because its unplayable on BF4. Not happy about it I will be ringing up soon as I get a number before warranty runs out.
