    Hey there YakkaDeloga,

    Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums in regards to this audio issue your friend is running into. Is this the only game that he is running into this issue in or is he experiencing this in multiple games? Also is there no sound through TV speakers
    or is it through a headset?

    If he is getting no sound through his TV then I would advise testing out a different HDMI cord to see if this could be causing some problems.

    If there is no sound through his headset then maybe try testing it on different controllers to see if there is any difference.

    Go ahead and take a look at the following support article as well so that he may troubleshoot his sound.
