Left 4 Dead not being able to install

I recently bought 'Left 4 Dead 2' (08/19/19). However every time I try to install the game I press the "Install" button but it does nothing. No error code or anything. I tried hard reset and changing the language (Some games I have fixed that way) but
it remains the same. It is listed in the backwards compatibility section. Is there a way to get the game to work?

I recently posted about this game. And my concerns about the fact it wouldn't let me purchase it on my Xbox one.... It still won't let me do that and it sounds like my concerns was right... Please let us know if you find a fix....

I didn't find an specific way to fix it. I gameshare with one of my family members and I told him the game wouldn't work. He told me the game is in the ready-to-install tab. Suddenly the game showed up in the list a day after I bought it. Now I can play
it with no issues. However if I search for it in the store it always show an error for that specific game

try to go on a different account and download it from that then go back on to your main account and game share it

I just tried. The game only shows up in my main account not. If I try another it doesn't show the "Install" button.
