    Left 4 Dead 2 won't install on my Xbox One


    I own Left 4 Dead 2 digitally for Xbox 360 but it won't install to my Xbox One. It says "install" but when I push that button to install it nothing happens. I have it downloaded on my 360 and I have plenty of room on my hard-drive for the Xbox One so that's
    not the issue. I recently downloaded other 360 games I own too and none of them gave my trouble like Left 4 Dead 2 did. Even the first Left 4 Dead installed just fine. Just part 2.

    Hello, do you already performed a console power cycle? this will fix most of the times this kind of issues, here are the instructions in the following link:

    Let us know if these sugestions fix your issue, or if you need more assistance?
    It's specific to L4D2. None of the troubleshooting methods will fix it. It's up to MS.

    I have had a look and it seems that there are a lot of people with the same problem. I think it is a MS problem with the certification on the game. I hope they fix it, would be good to give it another fang

    I would unplug console from wall for 5 mins then replug and try again
    Thanks for the response. Didn't work. Seems to be a specific issue with L4D2 only that MS needs to fix.
