Left 4 Dead 2 download issue.

The option "show price" is available on the game page. I click on this and get Try buying on Xbox.com or Xbox 360. At the moment this can't be purchased on Xbox one. (0x8c150020)

When trying to purchase through the website it simply says ... You can not purchase this item. All of my friends are playing this, I even have all of the dlc downloaded. I've tinkered with numerous troubleshooting go-to options over the past few days.
If anyone knows a fix for this I would be very appreciative. Thank you.

Unfortunately, you downloaded the wrong DLC. The Sacrifice is the DLC that contains No Mercy, not The Passing I'm afraid.

 

I'm getting the exact same problem here. Hopefully they release an update for it or something.

No. Part of my issue (I think) is that I downloaded on one Xbox and now trying to download to another and play with a different profile in the same house. I don't mind paying for it again but it still won't let me pay for it. It tells me I can only do it
ON my Xbox.

 

Mine says "sorry you can not buy this now. Please try again later.

 

I also am with this same problem in the xbox one says to try to buy the xbox.com, but I will in xbox.com and the following message "Your purchase can not be completed at this time. Please try again." I hope they Pack it, I love this game !!

I am having the same exact problem and as of right now am waiting to get a call back from a support team working on the issue, hopefully this can be fixed asap and/or they can find a work around.

 

Ive searched all over for fixes for the error code "0x8c150020".

What im seeing is that this is a common error with a few select games.

I have submitted a report to see the status of this fix.

There should hopefully be a patch soon, to resolve this issue.

Having the same problem. I recently bought Black Ops 1 again through the website and that worked. But cannot buy Left 4 Dead 2. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again. Tried PayPal and Credit. Other purchases work through Xbox
store just not L4D2.
