    Left 4 dead 2 digital copy won't launch on Xbox one


    I have just bought a digital copy of left 4 dead 2 to play on my xbox one s and the game womt launch.

    It appears in my library, was dowbloaded, but won't start.

    It states insert disc or see in Microsoft store. When i go there it says "you own this" and when i go to manage it then says game not installed 0mb. When i then go to install, the install bar appears immediately at the end and says "updating" not installing.

    How can i get this to work?

    Previously owned game and DLC not appearing on my account

    When I launch Left 4 Dead 2, if I try to click to play DLC it even says I own, it tries to make me purchase it. I owned disc copies previously but all the DLC was digital. When I check my transaction history for this account, it doesn't even show half of
