Lector xbox one

Bue as tardes estimados.

Hace un mes compre una consola reacondicionada xbox one en Waltmart por linea, pero hace unos días empezó a no reconocer el disco de juego, marcando un error de que esta sucio o dañado (el disco esta nuevo) después de varios intentos lee el disco.

Que me recomiendan hacer?

Quedo atento a sus comentarios y de antemano gracias.

igual el mio es un arcade es mas lo cambie por un elite solo por el HDMI tu lector ya se acabo como consejo el juego que mas uses instalalo en el disco duro ya que asi prolongas mas la vida del lector

 

I suggest you to keep under control your xbox... if it start to work not properly, then go back to the shop where you bought it!!! And explain the situation...

So if your console cannot read discs, then I would go ahead and try following the steps here on

How to troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox One.

If that does not work, then I would suggest switching to digital versions of the games. They're pretty neat because as long as you sign into your gamertag, you can download and play your game on any Xbox One without having to take the disc around.

You can do that or you can try to get the console worked on by visiting
device support and creating a repair
