Hola.

Por favor, a ver quién pudiera ayudarme con una duda antes de mandar mi xbox one x a soporte técnico.

Mi xbox one x lee bien los DVD y BLU-RAY de juegos. Sin embargo, la cosa cambia cuando se trata de reproducir video en BLU-RAY.

Algunos discos no me los detecta (como MALLEFICA 2014), y con otros a veces le cuesta leerlos. Lo peor es con los 4K UHD, que en ocasiones los reproduce y otras no... Esto me pasa sobre todo con CAZAFANTASMAS 2016, que la reproduce cuando quiere, y HELLBOY
2019 a veces tarda y otras carga rápido.

¿Sabría alguien decirme si es posible que la unidad de disco quizá falle y deba mandarla a soporte técnico, o se trata de posibles incompatibilidades que se sabe que tiene la consola con algunos discos?

Sí, los discos son multi-región (region free A-B-C).

Es curioso que HELLBOY 2019 es la edición Americana 4k y la lee bien, mientras GHOSTBUSTERS 2016 4k es multi-región también.

Lee bien HELLBLADE en BR para xbox one y también Kameo de xbox 360, con lo que no creo que sea un problema de la lectora, porque los juegos los lee bien y rápido.

Tengo fallos con los BR (MALLEFICENT 2014 region-free) que ni lo detecta y uno solo 4K. Los DVD's los acepta todos bien y rápido.

No, no he creído necesario hacer un hard reset, puesto que no veo la necesidad. He desinstalado la APP de BluRay y vuelto a instalar, sin que ello funcionara.

He leído en foros que puede ser todo problema de la APP, pero mi preocupación mayor es que el lector de disco no funcione bien: pongo una misma película varias veces y no siempre la reconoce, pero cuando la reconoce la reproduce a la perfección y sin tirones,
y he comprobado que puede hacer un avance rápido a 120x perfectamente.

Lo cierto es que estoy por hacer un hard reset de fabrica como última opción.

Algunos Bluray de disney ni siquiera me los ha detectado.

Sorry to hear it. Have you gone into the Disc & Blu Ray settings and unchecked Enable BD Live? You may also want to try a factory reset while keeping all games and apps to see if that helps.

I forgot one data. What XBox One can't read is original movie blurays. All games disk works perfectly. So it isn't the physical reader (or I think so).
