    Leaving Xbox one preview program on used xbox


    I purchased my xbox off a friend a couple years ago and want to remove it from the update preview program but it says only the account that registered it can do that. Its my machine and i want out what do i do?

    known issue with the Xbox One Preview Program. It sounds like you, or someone that shares your Xbox One with you, is a member of the Preview Program and has enrolled your console. You will want to have the person who is a part of the preview program leave
    feedback via the console app (hold down the Xbox button and use the "Report a problem" box on the right) and then log into the Preview Program forums above to leave further feedback.
