    Leaving Support Chat After Starting.


    Hello All!

    My name is Josh and I am new to the Ambassador Program here at Xbox Live.

    It is a pleasure helping each and everyone of you.

    While we are all busy reaching each of you to give support, please bare with us.

    Of most chats, I join and get no response.

    Example: User Started Chat at 10pm

    I join at 10:01pm.

    No Response.

    This really takes away time from the people that are actually waiting, so please give us a few to get to you. We really want to assist you and resolve your issues.

    No access to Xbox live

    I can't access my Xbox live even after following their instructions on clearing the cache & re-starting my console. The chat support goes offline after two sentences ?!!

    Communication problems?

    Everyone I know is having the same issues.

    - Party members are randomly muted during game play (requires starting a party chat)

    - No game sounds or chat sometimes after leaving party chat (requires a hard reboot to fix)

    - Friends cannot join lobby (requires host switch, or restarting the lobby)

    - Friends accept invites and are thrown into a random game in progress

    Very frustrating indeed. I miss my 360. It was a well-oiled machine.
