    So I left the console update program from the Insider Hub, and before the update back to the non-beta version it mentioned that my account's and games would be just fine. After the update, I saw that all of the accounts were deleted, and it's pissing me
    off because I had my both of my brothers accounts on there and I was using my older brother's gold to play online, because I dont have the money to play for it right now. Why did the update delete all of my damn accounts when the update notes said "YOUR ACCOUNT'S
    WILL BE SAFE" and they aren't?

    forums.xbox.com/.../1845666.aspx I would suggest posting in that forum explaining your situation and ask to be removed from
    the program. I will add your removal wont take effect until the end of the current wave.

    When you leave the insider program, your console automatically factory resets, it states this will happen. You just have to download the accounts back to the console, and your games can be re-downloaded from disc and from the ready to install.

    I don't know some of the accounts that were on there so I won't be able to play some games with friends. Still slightly disappointed that it said everything will be safe and not deleted.

    Hey there YTDJEnder,

    I'm sorry to hear this has caused an inconvenience, unfortunately as previously mentioned this is just the process it goes through to remove you from the Beta program. All accounts are safe and you should not add any accounts that belong to you back to your
    console. If you were game sharing with your brother & friends then I would advise that you ask those users to setup the home console again on your device so that you may continue to game share.

    As there is no further resolution to this question we will go ahead and lock the thread, if you run into any other problems or have other questions for us please start a new thread so that we may continue to assist you.
