    Public matches =/= League Play. That's the difference. Your rank is XP based, your skill level - League Play only - is based on wins/losses in League Play.

    That's a little much for ranking emblems. Just keep league play ranking for league play. What's so important in league play are their going to be tournaments with prizes like in waw when callofduty.com had tournaments?
