Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Try to remove and re add your profile on the console.

2. Try to uninstall and re install the game.

If the issue persists after the following troubleshooting, it would be the best to contact live support from Riot so that they can check on their system if you are able to link your account completely. They will be able to assist you as well since they have a better view than us when it comes to this kind of issue.
